Anyone know any remedies for Psoriasis?

I have Psoriasis it started when i was around 18, I am now 23 and trying to find something to help cure it or at least make it go away for now. I have gone to a couple of dermatologist but don't have money to pay for treatment. Does anyone know any remedies that will help me with my psoriasis, will try anything. Thanks
